Derek Nott, Broker/Owner
Loan Originator

Derek was licensed first in 1986 as a Real Estate Salesperson; he then obtained his Broker’s License in 1997. He opened his own professional Real Estate firm in 1999 and instituted a state of the art computer network to enhance business productivity. Executive Financial Services was formed in 2000 and now has offices located in Northern and Southern California. Prior to his career in Real Estate, Derek worked in the Communications field as a Sales Manager and as a Financial Advisor selling Mutual Funds. University of California at San Diego, with degree in Accounting, Business and Economics.

Cindy O’Connell, Branch Manager
Senior Loan Officer

Cindy joined Executive Financial Services in 2004 as Branch Manager and Senior Loan Officer. Cindy has over 30 years experience in the mortgage industry, having worked in virtually every capacity of the mortgage industry. From shipping, processing, funding and closing and then eventually becoming an Underwriter and promoted to Branch Manager, working for some of the major lenders in the industry. Using her vast knowledge and experience, Cindy operated her own successful business, eventually relocating to the Northern California area.
